We see gemstones for what they can become.
Loose sapphire, ruby, spinel, emerald, tsavorite, cat's-eye, lagoon, and fanta garnet, and beyond. Each stone is chosen for its character, cut to reveal it, and described plainly — including what a laboratory found and what it did not.

Schedule
Where to find us in person
Selected exhibitions over the coming year. The trade-show list is short on purpose — we attend shows where we are looking at material ourselves, not where we are exhibiting a catalogue.
- 01
Thailand Gem & Jewelry Show
September 2026Chanthaburi & Bangkok, Thailand
Chanthaburi / Bangkok trading floors
A working trip rather than a booth. We look at parcels on the trading floor, then carry what is worth carrying to Bangkok. Ask in advance if you would like to meet while we are in country.
- 02
Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Show
September 2026Wan Chai, Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR
Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre
Material from the Thailand trip is on hand. The convention centre is the right place to compare stones side by side and talk about cuts; we keep the meeting short unless there is something specific to look at.
Craft
What good cutting means here
Not maximum brilliance, and not preserved weight. The question on every stone is which orientation and which proportions give the material its most compelling expression — and what that decision is worth giving up.
Every stone here is photographed at a fixed camera distance against a colourimetrically neutral ground, with a colour reference frame shot at the start of each session. Retouching removes dust and background artefacts. It never touches colour, saturation, clarity, inclusions, or the outline of the stone. Where a stone changes under different light, both frames are published rather than the better one.
